The Anima Mundi Edition: Prism

"Encapsulations of the Sacred Wild: Poetry and Paintings for Lovers", is my first book featuring a collection of poetry I've written over there last five years and the paintings that have either inspired them or vise versa.

This Anima Mundi Edition is bound by hand with a needle and thread with a plant and mineral pigment dyed paper, each hand-painted, featuring a completely unique design featuring the integration of eco-flower printing using real flowers from my garden in the process. Tucked into each of the book's blinding ribbons is a handmade bouquet of hand picked herbs and flowers from my personal garden nestled snuggly within an abandoned cocoon of various silk moths.

Each cover was dyed in a floral infusion of hibiscus and rose petals, and you may even find fragments of these flowers fused to the paper in areas. I also sprinkled some mineral pigments onto each paper to create a bleeding of colorful moments throughout each piece. Each book is crafted with the intention to be shared intimately with gentleness.
